Here is a glimpse into my health journey. I grew a lot by taking action, getting past mental blocks, and staying off the scale. I am happier and healthier. I still have a long way to go, but finally, I can see improvements in my body and I’m so ready to go even harder toward a healthier lifestyle.

Jog/Walk for 15-35 minutes
cool down walk
Stretch every few days
