I’m Rhayne, and I’m a breast cancer survivor. Anybody who knows cancer knows that it may come back if you’re overweight. That’s why I decided to join a 3-month weight loss and running challenge with Joggo. I didn’t feel good being 10lbs overweight – I felt sluggish, and I moved a bit slower. So, I decided that I needed to get over it! In this video, I share my 3-month journey and, well… It was full of unexpected surprises. And by the way, a short sneak peek: I decided to continue my journey for 3 more months, so I promise to keep you updated!

After my 3-month weight loss and running journey, running became something really special to me. It makes my head clearer, I get to sightsee, and I’m not thinking about all the problems I need to deal with. It’s my “me time.” With the help of Joggo and consistency, I have been able to reconstruct my body – I’ve lost around 7lbs!

There are a few specific things that I genuinely like about the Joggo app: I love the timer, I love that it has different running tracks and trails, and I love that it makes me feel engaged since it speaks to me! Thanks to Joggo for making me believe that I can do this. If you can run for 5 minutes, you can also run for 15. If you can run for 15 minutes, you can also run for 30. I kept challenging myself in the best ways possible. And, hey, all of a sudden… I’m down a couple of sizes! By the way, I live in the desert, and so when once a blue moon I get those rainy days, I still go running. Can you believe it?
