Definitely jogging is more effective for weight loss because jogging can be sustained over a period of time. Running that is something that is done in sports and is also effective in weight loss and it is not something that most of us can sustain over a period of activity. What we are looking at weight loss is what we can do consistently because running once in a week is good but jogging more than 3 to 4 times in a week is something that you can sustain and is something that you can sustain which will contribute towards weight loss. So running is good but it is not possible to sustain it. If you are somebody who is running you would probably not be looking at the answer to this question.
